Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including earrings, undergarments, and swimwear.
Return Process

Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
