Cancellation & Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation

To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. Please note our cancellation terms:

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

  • After 24 Hours / Already Shipped: Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow our Exchange Policy after you receive the package.

  • How to Cancel: Please email us immediately at [email protected] with the subject line: “URGENT: Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”.


2. Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the fit or style of your purchase, we offer exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

A. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must be free of stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) or odors (perfume, smoke).

  • Non-Exchangeable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges for swimwear, lingerie, or earrings unless they arrive damaged.

B. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we sent the incorrect item or it arrived damaged, Fashionstoreaz.com will cover all shipping costs for the exchange.

  • Personal Preference: For exchanges related to size, color, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and any price differences.


3. How to Process Your Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address within 48 hours.

  3. Return Shipping: Pack the items securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

  4. Inspection & Shipping: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship out the new item within 3–5 business days.


4. Refund Policy Note

Note: We currently focus on Exchanges or Store Credit. Refunds to the original payment method are only granted if the item is confirmed as defective and a replacement is unavailable.
